Tramadol Ingredients
Active Ingredients:
Tramadol Hydrochloride Dimethylaminoethanol (or DMAE) is a natural brain compound, generally thought of as a mild brain stimulant, able to promote better memory and cognitive performance and may even aid in a person's emotional well-being. It also shows great potential as a nutrient for younger-looking skin.
Actaminophen is an analgesic and antipyretic agent which occurs as an odorless, slightly bitter white crystalline power. It will readily disslove in organic solvents such as methanol and ethanol but not so much in water and ether. It is made from the interaction of p-aminophenol and an aqueous solution of acetic anhydride. It is an over the counter analgestic and antipyretic drug similar to aspirin but differs in that it doesn't participate in the inflammatory response like aspirin.
Inactive Ingredients:
Starch, modified pregelatinized is mostly made from Maize corn and is cooked or altered by physical or chemical treatment to change the gel strength, flow properties, color, clarity, stability of the paste.
Hypromellose is a highly viscous (internally thick), water-soluble, non-irritating compound used as a thickening, lubricating and clinging agent.
Lactose is a large sugar molecule that is made up of two smaller sugar molecules, glucose and galactose. It is commonly referred to as sugar found in milk.
Magnesium stearate, also called octdecanoic acid, magnesium salt, is often used as a diluent in the manufacture of medical tablets, capsules and powders. It also helps in the lubrication and prevention of sticking when manufactured.
Polyethyiene glycol or microcrystalline celluose has many applications. In this case, it is used as a stablizer, texturizing agent, and fat replacer.
Polysorbate 80 is used as an additive in tablets and has relevance as a "hidden" inductor of severe nonimmunologic anaphylactoid reactions.
Tatanium dioxide (TiO2) pigments are white inorganic pigments used in this case for coating and coloring of the tablet. Pure titatium dioxide does not occur in nature but is derived from ilmenite or leuxocene ores. After purification, the powders may be treated (coated) to enhance their performance as pigments.
Carnauba wax is a botanical product sometimes called the "Queen of Wax", is an extremely hard wax which makes it ideal for creating an extremely strong coating over the tablet.
